Water Treatment For Agriculture

The use of water treatment for agriculture to purify water is a necessity due to the increased salts in the agricultural fields. There are two methods to treat salt in the soil. One is by using magnetic fields that generate alternating magnetic fields that force the water in the soil to flow through it. The second method involves generating a current in water using alternating magnetic fields and then letting this current go through the sodic soils of the land. The water flow through the soil will then push the dissolved salts to the surface. Therefore, there is a need to have an elaborate network of pipes and channels all over the country connected. This will ensure that there is a constant supply of freshwater to the farms. There are also other methods such as using rainwater to irrigate the land by using water tanks. However, direct human intervention is still required when pumping water from the tank to the field.
