Many companies have discovered that they don’t necessarily need all of their employees to come into the office in order for work to be done. These companies often rely on remote workers to handle a variety of tasks from their own homes or remote offices. With the ease of hosting online group meetings, there doesn’t have to be a disconnect between the office staff, management and their workers who are accessing their work duties remotely.
While companies are finding it an excellent solution to having all employees on site, it’s important to realize that many of these remote employees find the flexibility to work from home gives them more options in handling their family responsibilities while also working on their careers. Of course, it doesn’t have to be one way or the other, some companies and employees like to include both in office and remote working for the best of both worlds.
