What does it include?
Our Platinum package comes with the mandatory National Certificate of Fitness, in addition to the Diploma. We also offer additional courses to ensure that you excel in the profession. These include:

Other qualifications you shall obtain are a Life Coaching Certificate and a Sports Nutrition Diploma (UK). The additional courses can be done separately in your own time, and do not form part of the main coursework.
Course Structure
When taking the personal training diploma, course, you will learn the following:

- coaching disabilities in sport and exercise
- fundamental and advanced nutrition

- Biomechanics
- anatomy and physiology
- Physical Assessments
Other modules in the program include entrepreneurship in the fitness industry, wellness concepts in fitness, exercise program design, and motivation techniques. Course Duration
The program takes eighteen months to complete. However, it can last up to two years with additional courses. You have two study methods available to you.
These are:
- Online – You have access to our online learning portal. Here all course material is available to you 24/7.
- Correspondence – You will receive all course material via courier.
To complete the course, you will be required to do practical engagements. These assess your ability to deliver the skills you have acquired.
How much does it cost?

Entry requirements
You must have a Grade 12/Matric certification to enroll for the program. A valid South Africa ID is also mandatory during registration. Registration is available all year round.
