Don’t neglect your fitness on your upcoming extended vacation. You can do a complete hotel workout with or without any gear. For example, you can do classics just as push-ups, crunches, squats, planks, bridges, lunges, crawls, jumping jacks, and other bodyweight exercises.
If you have a jumping rope, then you can bring it along for the trip. Consider using it outside on the courtyard, the roof deck, or any other wide open space. This is to avoid hitting other people or doing damage to property.
If you would rather stay inside your room, then you can bring TRX straps and mount it on the top of the door. Lock the knob so that you can work out without fear of being dislodged midway if the door opens.
