Look for opportunities that you can take advantage of. These may include the availability of online app builders that require no coding or development experience.
As for threats, you have to be wary about technical issues that could cripple your app. Make sure that you can get excellent support from the platform. There may also be external threats such as better apps from your competitors. Improve your app constantly to keep pace with them.
