It will take time and work from all parties involved: those living with the virus, their family members, friends, and doctors.

Stay Healthy

Eating right and getting enough sleep are two important daily activities that can help you stay healthy. This includes: eating a balanced diet, drinking plenty of water daily, avoiding sugary beverages like soda or juice if possible, and not staying up late at night watching TV or playing games on your phone for too long.

Seek Help

It can be challenging to know when it is time for you or someone who lives with Aids to seek help. It may involve fatigue, weight loss, fever and chills, diarrhea, vomiting every day even after eating a good meal – these are all some symptoms of HIV infection that need medical attention right away.
